The Big House (B)

It's very rare to find houses for sale a short walk from Finikounda centre, and an even shorter walk from a 2km long sandy beach . . ..

 

We live in the big house at the moment. This has 133m² living space, 135m² balcony and veranda space (half of which is covered) and 75m² enclosed basement space. It's set in a 2,000m² enclosed plot, well populated with mature palms, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The living space is on three levels, with four bedrooms, a living/dining room, and two shower/loos. Underneath - a basement.

We're just 3 minutes walk from Anemomilos beach, and 7 minutes walk from the centre of Finikounda village, with its cluster of shops, cafés and tavernas.

We have finished building and furnishing the neighbouring houses, and we'll move into one next spring, so the big house is now for sale.  Offers around €400,000 please . . .

Downstairs - The 'Ground' Floor.

Downstairs is the big communal lounge/dining/kitchen room (9.5m x 4m), opening on to a large covered terrace. The main guest double bedroom (4m x 3.5m) and visitors’ shower/loo is tucked away to one side.

First Floor.

First floor has an enormous 90m² terrace, a third of which is covered, offering good views around the neighbouring countryside. This is a fine place for a summer evening, served by a covered BBQ/kitchen area.
